What Shipping Methods Are Available?

When you order from Drone Engr, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment.

You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout process. We can send to almost every country on the earth.

Drone Engr offers six different international shipping methods:

Fedex Express: 3~5 days
DHL Express: 3~6 days
TNT Express: 5~8 days for parcels without battery; 8~15 for battery packages.
EMS: 7~15 days.
HK airmail: 7~25 days.
USPS airmail: 7~20 days
Note: For the shipping methods mentioned above ,for items containing battery,choose FEDEX or DHL(DHL can’t ship drone containing battery)
CDEK: For russian customer, ship anything you need.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be able to check the status of your order in three ways:

Through the Shipping Confirmation email:
Click on the track and trace number that you find in the Shipping Confirmation email.

Online on Drone Engr:
Log-in, go to “My Account” and see the “Orders” section to check your order details and shipping status. The tracking number can be used on the courier’s website to check the current location of the shipping.

Online on the courier’s website:

Go to the track and trace section of the courier’s website, and fill in your track and trace number, which you can find in the Shipping Confirmation email:

How Do I Place an Order?

We offer you an easy-to-use and secure online system is provided for customers from anywhere in the world.
1) Register an account if you are a new customer by clicking “login” on the top of the page
2) Log in your account if you are a returned customer also by clicking “login”
3) Fulfill your order by adding items to your SHOPPING CART, you can add multiple items at one time.
4) Confirm the order and complete the check out
5) If your registered email is correct, you will receive an order confirmation email from droneassemble.com
6) In case you don’t get an email after placing the order ,please contact us at the first moment.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

Register an account if you are a new customer by clicking “login” on the top of the page.

My payment keeps getting declined!

We understand how annoying that must be! Since our system automatically reject payments when the inserted details don’t match the actual ones, please make sure to double-check the billing and payment information that you enter. If you are trying to pay by debit or credit card, you might have to enter the 3-digit CVV code on your card as well for security reasons. If all these details are correct, it might be worth investigating the available funds on your bank account. If the transaction keeps getting declined, we recommend contacting your bank about the issue or trying a different payment method.

How will I know that you received my payment?

We always send a Payment Confirmation email as soon as we have received your order payment. This may take up to 48 hours depending on the payment method used. If you haven’t received the email after 48 hours, make sure to check your spam folder. Should you still be unable to find it, our Customer Care team will be happy to help.

How can I pay?

PayPal

PayPal is a safe and reliable worldwide online payments system. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up at the PayPal login page before completing your order.

Bank Transfer

Send Payment using wire transfer to our business bank account:(Please pay additional $35 to us due to our bank fee when your order less than $1500)

Note: In case of bank transfer(TT), please add your order number in payment details for our reference.

Web Security

At Drone Engr you can shop safely: your order is always going to be processed through a secure server. You can tell by the security symbol at the bottom of your browser, as well as the “https” web address. When you pay by credit or debit card, you will also always be asked to enter your CVV code at checkout, for extra protection – this can be found either on the front or back of your card. For our mutual security, Foot Locker Europe reserves the right to hold credit and debit card orders for verification.
